Return Window
You may request a return within 30 days of delivery for most unused items.
Eligibility
- Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in resalable condition
- Pet food, treats, opened grooming products, and personalized items are not eligible for return unless defective or damaged
- Sale items are final sale and cannot be returned
How to Return
- Email us at RalphinaYannantuono529@hotmail.com with your order number, reason for return, and photos (if damaged/defective)
- We will review your request and provide return instructions within 24–48 business hours
- Ship the item back with a trackable label
- Returns are processed within 5–7 business days of receipt
Refunds
- Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method
- Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (wrong item, defect, damage)
- Return shipping fees are the customer’s responsibility unless otherwise approved
