Return Window

You may request a return within 30 days of delivery for most unused items.

Eligibility

  • Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in resalable condition
  • Pet food, treats, opened grooming products, and personalized items are not eligible for return unless defective or damaged
  • Sale items are final sale and cannot be returned

How to Return

  1. Email us at RalphinaYannantuono529@hotmail.com with your order number, reason for return, and photos (if damaged/defective)
  2. We will review your request and provide return instructions within 24–48 business hours
  3. Ship the item back with a trackable label
  4. Returns are processed within 5–7 business days of receipt

Refunds

  • Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (wrong item, defect, damage)
  • Return shipping fees are the customer’s responsibility unless otherwise approved

Exchanges

We offer exchanges for defective, damaged, or incorrectly shipped items. Contact us to arrange an exchange.
